The Easter Gator
When the Easter Rabbit is attacked by swarms of mosquitoes near a Louisiana bayou, he cancels deliveries to Acadiana. Though the children are sad, one Louisiana gator is eager to take over deliveries. He gathers eggs from many different animals and dyes them using an old Cajun method. Some children make moss nests and happily find surprises on Easter morning. This Cajun tale is sure to delight as it teaches children about some of the holiday traditions of Acadiana.
